What is the award amount?

Through the Minnesota Health Professionals Student Loan Forgiveness Program, you may be able to receive up to $25,000 per year for a minimum 3-year commitment with a program maximum of 4 years. You will need to keep in mind that the award amount will depend specifically on what your field of practice is as well as where you will be practicing.

What loans qualify for this program?

The following loans will qualify for the Minnesota Health Professionals Student Loan Forgiveness Program:

• Stafford loans
• Grad PLUS loans
• Consolidation loans
• Perkins loans
• Private student loans
